Flex-Europa Ltd products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of being sold to the buyer. Flex-Europa Ltd under this warranty is in lieu of any other warranty expressed or implied. Under no circumstances will Flex-Europa Ltd and its manufacturer suppliers be liable for any loss, damage, expense or consequential damages of any kind arising from the use or inability to use Flex-Europa Ltd products. All goods on purchase are shipped Ex-Works, freight collect. Consignee to pay freight and all other related charges. We despatch all the goods at your own risk, therefore we advise you to arrange your own insurance. All shipments are subject to credit approval. Invoices are subject to a flat rate charge of 2.5% per month computed following the due date. Flex-Europa Ltd. retain title to all products and goods supplied or installed, whether through an agent or direct until payment of all amounts due have been received. In the event of non-payment Flex-Europa Ltd. reserve right to recover all legal fees and 3rd Party Collection costs. Returns of goods are accepted with prior written authorisation from Flex-Europa Ltd and its manufacturer supplier. No returned goods will be accepted unless they have been assigned a returned material authorisation number. No returns will be authorised after 60 days from the invoice date. Prices are subject to change, and Flex-Europa retains the rights to change sizes and specifications of products without prior notice. Prices are subject to VAT, where it is applicable.
